The System Integrity Analyst reports to Corrosion Supervisor to support company cathodic protection and pipeline integrity. This position will be involved in development and maintenance of databases and pipeline integrity software applications. Responsibilities for cathodic project include the following: i)help oversee company cathodic protection technicians and data measured in the field, ii) involved in coordinating the pipeline inspections for pipeline integrity, iii) oversee state and federal code compliance for all cathodic protection, iv)perform trouble shooting and evaluate solutions for company cathodic protection projects, v)trained in using advanced CP equipment and non-destructive testing (NDT) tools, and; vi) oversee repair of transmission and distribution pipeline assets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • NACE CP Level II Certification 
  • 8-10 years equivalent industry experience in Cathodic Protection 
  • Minimum 2 year Associates Degree 
  • Working knowledge of GPS and integration with GIS 
  • Experienced with database design and software development 
  • Experienced in managing and training cathodic protection technicians and understanding of Cathodic Protection design, installation, maintenance, and monitoring techniques

Preferred Requirements:

  • 4-year College Degree in Engineering or related science 
  • Additional experience in pipeline welding,  construction, and pipeline repairs 
  • NACE CP Level III Senior Technologist Certification 
  • Certification in Level I Ultrasonics

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift in excess of 70 lbs., crawl, climb, bend, stoop, squat and jump  

Other Requirements:

  • Work and drive in extreme weather conditions. 
  • Valid drivers license and good driving record. 
  • Must be willing to travel 35% of time in this position for both scheduled and call-out basis.
